Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub Recipe
The chicken bacon ranch sub is a delicious and satisfying sandwich that combines the flavors of tender chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing. This recipe is perfect for a quick and easy lunch or dinner option. The prep time for this dish is 10 minutes and the cook time is 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 slices of bacon
- 4 sub rolls
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- Lettuce, tomato, and onion (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and season them with salt and pepper.
- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- In the meantime, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and drain it on a paper towel.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Then, slice the chicken into thin strips.
- Cut the sub rolls in half lengthwise and spread ranch dressing on both sides of each roll.
