Chicken Apple Sausage Recipes With Rice

  • 4 chicken apple sausages
  • 1 cup of white rice
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 apples, cored and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the chicken apple sausages to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
