  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions: How to Cook Chicken Angelo

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
