Chicken Angelo Recipe

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped


  1. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

  10. Return the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
