Chicken And Rice Camping Recipe

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Start by preparing your campfire. Make sure you have a good bed of hot coals to cook over.
  2. In a large cast-iron skillet, heat the olive oil over the campfire.
  3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until they become translucent.
