Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, cold and cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and celery, and cook until they become tender.
  3. Sprinkle the 1/4 cup of flour over the cooked vegetables and stir well to combine.
