  • 1 cup farro
  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

Instructions: How to Cook Chicken And Farro

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large pot, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.
