Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, dried thyme, and dried oregano.
  5. Push the onion and garlic to one side of the skillet and add the seasoned chicken breasts to the other side.
