Ingredients:

  • 1 package of vegan chicken patties
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the vegan chicken patty package.
  2. Place the vegan chicken patties on a baking sheet and bake according to the package instructions.
  3. While the patties are baking, prepare the other ingredients. Slice the avocado, tomato, and red onion. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
  4. Once the vegan chicken patties are cooked, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  5. Toast the burger buns if desired.
  6. Spread a tablespoon of vegan mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun.
  7. Place a vegan chicken patty on top of the mayonnaise.
  8. Drizzle a tablespoon of barbecue sauce over each patty.
  9. Layer the avocado, tomato, red onion, and lettuce on top of the barbecue sauce.
  10. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Place the top half of the bun on the sandwich.
  12. Repeat the process for the remaining three sandwiches.
