  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder

  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped cashews
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake the chicken breasts for 20 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  4. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
