- 1 cup Riesling wine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped shallots
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
