  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuits


  1. Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the biscuit package.
  2. In a large skillet, sauté the onion, celery, and red bell pepper until they are tender.
  3. Add the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, frozen peas and carrots, dried thyme, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
  4. Cook the mixture over medium heat until it starts to bubble. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. While the chicken mixture is simmering, bake the biscuits according to the package instructions.
  7. Once the biscuits are golden brown, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  8. Serve the Cheesecake Factory Chicken and Biscuits by placing a biscuit on a plate and spooning the creamy chicken mixture over the top.
