Caprese Chicken Saltimbocca Recipe

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of prosciutto
  • 4 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 8 fresh basil leaves
  • 4 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Using a sharp knife, make a horizontal slit in each chicken breast to create a pocket.
  3. Stuff each pocket with a slice of mozzarella, 2 basil leaves, and a tablespoon of chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
