Campbell’S Chicken Marengo Recipe

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can Campbell's Tomato Soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
