Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of fettuccine pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- While the pasta is cooking, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
