Buffalo Chicken Flatbread Recipe

The chicken is marinated in a tangy and savory sauce, then grilled to perfection. The result is juicy and tender chicken with a slightly charred and smoky flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 4 bone-in chicken breasts
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the white vinegar, vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
