Brooks Bbq Chicken Recipe

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 cup Brooks BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


  1. In a large bowl, combine the Brooks BBQ Sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for maximum flavor.
