Instructions: How to Cook Blackstone Chicken
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the diced onion and garlic. Cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
