  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion, diced green bell pepper, and minced garlic. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the shredded chicken, condensed cream of chicken soup, condensed cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
  4. Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until well coated with the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the spaghetti mixture. Cover the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from heat
