Ingredients:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup julienned carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup kimchi (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook until it is cooked through and slightly browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the rice according to package instructions.
  7. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and set it aside.
  8. In the same skillet, add the julienned carrots and cook for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly softened.
  9. Remove the carrots from the skillet and set them aside.
