- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup julienned carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup kimchi (optional)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook until it is cooked through and slightly browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the rice according to package instructions.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, add the julienned carrots and cook for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly softened.
- Remove the carrots from the skillet and set them aside.
