Baseball Chicken Recipe

- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper. This will be the marinade for the chicken.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure it is evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using an oven, preheat it to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess marinade to drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). If using an oven, place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
