Prep time: 15 minutes Cook time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper. This will be the marinade for the chicken.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure it is evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using an oven, preheat it to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess marinade to drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). If using an oven, place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill or oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Serve the baseball chicken hot
