Ingredients:

  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into small, bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place the flour in a separate shallow dish.
  5. Dip each chicken piece into the flour, shaking off any excess.
