Babe’S Chicken Corn Recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups frozen corn kernels
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the frozen corn kernels to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
