  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the Chinese rice wine, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
