  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
  3. In three separate shallow bowls, place the flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
