Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
