Air Fryer Chicken Casserole Recipes

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the bread crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the bread crumbs are evenly coated with butter.
  5. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
  6. Place the casserole dish in the preheated air fryer and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove the casserole from the air fryer and let it cool
