Chicken Chapli Kabab Recipe

- 500 grams ground chicken
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup gram flour (besan)
- 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt, and gram flour. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
- Divide the mixture into equal-sized portions and shape them into flat round patties.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Carefully place the chicken chapli kababs in the hot oil and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove the kababs from the pan and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
