  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions: How to Cook Chicken La Madeleine

  1. Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound them to an even thickness.
  2. In a shallow dish, season the flour with salt and pepper. Dredge the chicken breasts in the seasoned flour, shaking off any excess.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
