  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions: How to Cook Grandma'S Pepper Steak

  1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sugar, and beef broth. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
