- 2 beef tenderloin steaks
- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions: How to Cook Steak And Lobster
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Prepare the lobster tails by cutting the top shell lengthwise and pulling the meat slightly above the shell.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and mix in minced garlic. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Place the steaks on the grill and cook to your desired level of doneness, flipping halfway through. For medium-rare, cook for about 4-5 minutes per side.
