Ingredients:

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions: How to Cook Steak Nachos

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced flank steak with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the steak evenly.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the seasoned steak slices for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer.
