Steak Pinwheels Recipe

Instructions: How to Cook Steak Pinwheels
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flank steak on a cutting board and slice it horizontally to butterfly it, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Using a meat mallet, pound the steak to an even thickness.
- In a small bowl, mix together the sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, feta cheese, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the filling mixture evenly over the steak.
- Roll up the steak tightly, starting from one end to create a pinwheel shape.
- Secure the steak with kitchen twine or toothpicks to hold the pinwheel shape.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak pinwheels on all sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
