- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup Marsala wine

- Place chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to an even thickness.
- In a shallow dish, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Dredge chicken breasts in the seasoned flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add mushrooms and sauté until they release their juices and start to brown.
- Deglaze the skillet with Marsala wine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
