- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions: How to Cook Lily'S Chicken Bonefish
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and brush them with the olive oil mixture.
- Pour the chicken broth, white wine, and lemon juice into the baking dish around the chicken.
- Sprinkle the capers over the chicken breasts.
- Cut the butter into small pieces and scatter them over the chicken.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
