Instructions: How to Cook Jidori Chicken
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the marinade.
- Season the Jidori chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and shake off excess marinade. Reserve the marinade for later.
