Chicken White Karahi Recipe

- 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 4-5 green chilies, sliced
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions: How to Cook Chicken White Karahi
- In a large bowl, mix yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt.
- Add the chicken pieces to the yogurt mixture and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onion. Cook until the onion is translucent.
- Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until the chicken is browned.
- Stir in the cream and milk, and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Add green chilies and garam masala, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
