- 3 tomatoes, pureed

- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup cashew nuts, soaked in water
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions: How to Cook Chicken Angara
- In a blender, combine the soaked cashew nuts and yogurt. Blend until smooth and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and sauté until they start to splutter.
- Add the chopped onions and cook until they turn golden brown.
- Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the tomato puree, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the oil starts to separate from the masala.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink.
- Pour in the cashew-yogurt mixture and mix well. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
