- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, and dried basil.
- Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Scrape the bottom of the skillet to release any browned bits.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
