Instructions: How to Cook Steak Quesadilla

  1. Season the thinly sliced flank steak with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak slices and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from heat and set aside.
