- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Sour cream, salsa, and guacamole for serving
Instructions: How to Cook Steak Quesadilla
- Season the thinly sliced flank steak with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak slices and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with a layer of shredded cheese. Top with some cooked steak slices, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro.
- Place another tortilla on top and press down gently. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom tortilla is crispy and golden brown.
